Job Description

  • Receives incoming calls for customer scheduling and support

  • Demonstrates a positive team attitude while working with colleagues

  • Transfers complex calls efficiently to appropriate staff members to be addressed

  • Assists with researching and implementing new technology and data entry

  • Works in a team environment to address customer needs

  • Processes incoming calls and provides customer assistance where necessary

  • Ability to assist the shipping and receiving department when requested

Job Requirements

  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or be currently enrolled

  • Be able to lift or carry 20 pounds

  • Previous retail, sales, manufacturing, or customer service experience is helpful

  • Strong written communication skills and CRM experience (such as Salesforce or similar online platforms) a plus

  • Excellent verbal communication skills are a must
