Job Description
Receives incoming calls for customer scheduling and support
Demonstrates a positive team attitude while working with colleagues
Transfers complex calls efficiently to appropriate staff members to be addressed
Assists with researching and implementing new technology and data entry
Works in a team environment to address customer needs
Processes incoming calls and provides customer assistance where necessary
Ability to assist the shipping and receiving department when requested
Job Requirements
Have a high school diploma, GED, or be currently enrolled
Be able to lift or carry 20 pounds
Previous retail, sales, manufacturing, or customer service experience is helpful
Strong written communication skills and CRM experience (such as Salesforce or similar online platforms) a plus
Excellent verbal communication skills are a must
